Check out the combination of techniques below demo'd by Todd Tanaka, a Relson Gracie Black Belt and owner/main instructor at Team HK (a Relson Gracie Academy), Honolulu, HI. He calls it the "Tanaka Tornado" (for obvious reasons). As a rule, anything that involves aerials or shoulder rolls or with the word "flying" in it will automatically get the DSTRYR./sg stamp of approval. This is no exception.
Does it work? I'm assuming it's worked in the real play for Todd, so let's presume so. Not so sure I can pull this off against the back belts at my academy, but I aim to try (after the shoulder roll, the rest is fairly fundamental). You try it too. If it works, you'll be sure to impress the ladies.
