I call it the "Thug Nation" because 2pac would have to descend from heaven himself and bring an Armada of thugs to free you from this lock.
If you're not familiar with the basic Iron Hook, then you just haven't been paying attention (at least not to us). All of your special education and prescription medication is really being called in to question now.
At DSTRYRsg, we're all about making friends in the name of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling. When we initially posted Adisa Banjoko's (Heroes Martial Arts, San Jose, CA) inventive and effective Iron Hook to King Tut (Series 1 and 2), we got a gangload of great comments, including one from Adisa himself. That's the brotherhood of grappling ... ratified.
We had some advance knowledge that these techniques were coming down the pike from both Adisa and his training partner, Chris Nguyen. Honestly, grapplers, this is what BJJ/submission grappling is all about - taking technique and advancing it to another level to build your game. Watch it, then go out and create your own.
And, whatever you do, avoid getting Tutted.
