KETTLEBELL GURU, MIKE MAHLER, WALKS YOU THROUGH SOME EXERCISES TO INCREASE EXPLOSIVENESS AND POSITION STRENGTH.


Grappler, if you lack grip strength, explosive power and/or overall strength and aren't doing anything about it, then you deserve the daily and ritualistic beatdowns you are getting from that violent 3-week-in white belt with.   I kid.  We both know you aren't training daily (but you should be).

Listen up.  There are many fitness and strength training coaches out there who put out great material on video/DVD and travel the globe teaching seminars for our education.  From Crossfit to kettlebells to Clubbells to bodyweight stuff - it's all good as long as you train it and give 100%.   I personally like Mile Mahler and his style of training (along with many others) who teach hardcore strength and fitness (Mike's primarily involved in KB's).
