Joking aside, I'm totally down with Kron. It can't be easy trying to live up to the the grappling public's expectations. But, the kid is doing a very good job at staking his own claim based on his own accomplishments. We also dig Kron's style, because you never see him holding back and playing it safe. He aggressively seeks submissions and takes risks. Sometimes that costs him matches, but he has our respect.
Check him out at the very recent BJJ Professional Cup held in Biella, Italy.

the first fight is against Yan Cabral (my teacher), and Yan had been very sick and dehydrated for the last 24 hours, so he was very tired and weak. Still both are very good fighters of course, and it takes nothing from Kron's talent .
ReplyDeleteHey, Anon:
ReplyDeleteSorry. We should have posted the competitors in the videos. The other is Gilburt "Durinho" Burns.
Both exciting matches. Bummer you coach was not at 100%.
Both Matches were incredible. and the silence during the fight with Yan was breathtaking. I feel sorry for my shitty recording !
