Around here we're all about getting something out of watching elite grapplers rolling in practice. It's so often just as beneficial to you learning as watching/listening to instructions on technique or watching competition. I learned this way back when I'd see my coach rolling with another black or brown belt. What you see two pros adapting to each others games in real-time. Not for points or medals - just for the love of the sport and to better their craft (and maybe to train for future competitions).
Check out this great video footage of Ronaldo Souza aka Jacare (training for Rockhold on 9/10) and Anderson Silva (training for Okami on 8/27) being put through the paces in an intense practice session. This is specialized training and they look to be working solely on defense from the guard position against a striking attacker (on top). Enjoy it, but, more importantly, learn from these masters of the craft.
Thanks to TatameTV (their YouTube channel) for the AWSM vid.
