A LOCKFLOW OF ARM TRIANGLES.
I think it was Ghandi who once posed (and I'm paraphrasing): "Who doesn't like a good arm triangle instructional with options from multiple positions." I think it was meant to be rhetorical.
I have to admit, I haven't made use of this technique with much regularity in years. When I was doing Samoan Bone Breaking (Kapu Kuialua) with my boy, Mike Bitonio (RIP), back in the late nineties we called this a "cobra choke." As I recall, I did get sub'd with a mounted one in my 2nd match at Pan American as brown belt in 2005. Memories. They're like the corners of my mind.
Check out an abundance of arm triangle chokes from various positions, demo'd by Damage Control's Brian Yamasaki. Great Stuff. I especially love his training partner's brilliantly frosted glam rock hairdo. I see you rock'in that, grappler.
