SEAN WILLIAMS PASSES THE DLR GUARD WITH EASE.

Sean Williams, Renzo Black Belt, has long been a a staple in the BJJ community as an elite competitor and coach.  He also provides us with competition commentary via Budovideos live streaming events. I've been a fan for a long time and he's inspired me to put a lot of time into my "legwork," which he mentions in this video.

Not to get off topic, but I've come to realize after years of training how smoothly and effortlessly you can pass and move with proper legwork. In this field, Sean is one of the best.  The only person I can think on par with (or perhaps better than) Sean is Jeff Glover. Anyway, a few days ago we gave you options from the DLR guard, and today we give you counters to that - Sean Williams style. Watch Sean pass with ease, take mount or pass to side control. It's a beautiful thing!

  1. Damn, I didn't even know that "leg work" as a formal term even existed. Thanks for the proxy lesson DEMOLISHER!
