Recently, I've been inspired to push myself physically more than I ever have before. I finally implemented lots of core exercises and interval training in to my workouts and I've noticed a huge improvement in my cardio and strength. Just a few years ago I thought I was in good shape because I could roll five times in a row non-stop.  Now I can do the same without huffing and puffing from exhaustion. The feeling that gives me is incredible - I used to get tired and my game would get sloppy and I'd wind up in bad positions. The addition of workouts to my game has also inspired me to get certified as a Functional Trainer which not only give me the knowledge for my own routines, it gives me the opportunity to train others as well.

Turn off Jerseylicious, get up off your ass, and do this workout. I guarantee, if you stick with it, you'll notice a huge difference in your posture, balance, and stability the next time you roll.
