THE GRAPPLING DUMMY VERSUS TATSUYA ONOSE: TIME LAPSE, SPIDER GUARD AND BUDO.

As always, our bros in grappling at Scramble/The Grappling Dummy do not disappoint.  This time around, they have a nice conversation and a light roll (with some instruction) with Japanese spider guard expert and BJJ black belt, Tatsuya Onose.

Everyone's getting high fives here.  The filmmakers, for another well produced documentary-style work of art.  There's even time lapsed photography here, grapplers.  Scramble is becoming the Scorsese of BJJ video interview (which makes us something like the Ed Wood of BJJ vids).  The subject, Onose, also gets a high five - he's humble and has some truly artful open guard skills.  He named his academy REDIPS, which is spider spelled backwards.  And, that's exactly the kind of clever we love around here.  The concept of "budo" is also discussed.  Rickson would be proud.

Go.
