CAEL SANDERSON ROLLS AND WE WATCH AND LEARN.

True greatness is one of those things that many of us will never achieve.  I'm not talking about the kind of greatness your mom attributes to everything you do (e.g., getting your GED, getting out of juvie, avoiding neck tattoos, not being [that]obese).  Nor, am I talking about the kind of self-esteem building, bogus self-help greatness we attribute to ourselves.  I'm talking real, one-in-a-million greatness.  Rickson Gracie, Mohamed Ali, Michael Jordon kind of stuff.

I'm no expert on amateur wrestling, but I know Cael Sanderson is one of the sports greatest of all time.  He's a 2004 Athens Olympics Gold medalist and he went 159-0 in his four years at Iowa State (insane).  If you come here often, you know we are fans of watching the elite of our sport casually rolling with teammates and friends.  Check out Cael, working takedowns with fellow Olympic hopeful, Keith Gavin.

  1. You guys are consistently linking to videos that are not viewable in large parts of the world, can you rip them from youtube and upload them to your own channel that's available to everyone?

  2. Sorry, Anonymous. I forget that some of these have license restrictions. Not sure why this one would be restricted though (no music, etc.).

We'll see what we can do.

PS - you are missing out.

  3. Well this video is jammed with American wrestling secrets so that's why it is not visible elsewhere.
