FLIP THE TURTLE AND NOT THE BIRD.

Throughout an average day you can implement the flip into all of your daily activities. Whether you are literally doing a flip or physically flipping something over, you can flip just about anything including your opponent. Today, Jits Magazine gives us BJJ black belt, Justin Bruckmann, and his technique that will attack your opponent's turtle position. So, tonight when your rolling, flip the script on your training partner and make him expose that soft underbelly that's just asking for a knee.
