Before this book I couldn't have even told you what a kettlebell was, now I've upped my strength and conditioning to DSTRYR levels and it's all thanks to Kettlebell RX. My gym has a couple of these lying around being eyed warily by by sweaty compatriots, and they are rarely used, and especially not used properly. Kettlebell RX opened my eyes to a whole new world of strength and conditioning and grips. It's a book that I will be recommending to all grappler guys and gals this holiday season. Check this one out for a very interesting alternative.
