IRON HOOK SCROLL VOL. 1: A MAN INVENTED A SUB SERIES THAT WORKS, SO HE'S NOT SWEATING IT EITHER.
Yeah, I just made a "Rushmore" reference in 2011. If you have a problem with that, talk to my friend, Berimbolo. He'll tell you what's what.
I wrote this late at night with a 7: 00 AM morning roll looming in the background So, coherence is about all you're going to get out, grapplers. Many months ago, we were fortunate to come upon Adisa Banjoko and his Iron Hook - it's a grip position from the guard leads to all sorts of gnarly subs, and it's pretty damn workable. We talked about it a few times (here, here and here) and the rest is history.
Adisa did us all a solid and laid it all down in an e-book, complete with pics and proper explanations. We attached it here for you review and use.
I'm going to make a grand and overreaching point right now. While most of us are busy enough simply working for the man and desperately trying to get in our 4 to 5 days a week of BJJ, guys like Adisa are making e-books about BJJ submissions they created and distributing them on the web. All that and Adisa's not even a full-time instructor or a BJJ black belt (he's actually a purple belt). I'm not suggesting you quit your job and dedicate your life to BJJ. You need that job to buy gis and pay for your training.
Go find some time to do something great (not related to your Skyrim campaign, you huge nerd).
