Let's face the facts grapplers, your hips are probably one of the most important parts of your body for martial arts - particularly for the grappling arts. All to often I have had hip problems and have also seen others suffering with hip issues. Hip issues can span a large range of symptoms, but many of these common problems can be alleviated with some minor work.
