Jeff Glover has been one of my favorite grapplers for years. He has shown how technique can overcome size and strength countless times. That concept alone has helped him develop the Deep Half Guard into its current form (that we all love or hate).  Not only has Mr. Glover utilized the DHG for years but he was one of the first to adopt, and consistently use, the Darce.

Now it's fairly common for your opponent to look for an under hook on your far arm when he's trapped in your DHG.  But, when he does, your opponent has just unknowingly set himself up for a nasty Darce. Check out Mr. Glover's technique in the video that comes to us straight from Issue 6 of Jiu Jitsu Magazine. Watch and learn!
