HOW CROOKED ARE YOUR HEAD SCISSORS?

The head scissor is an old time staple of catch wrestling. It was most often used in catch in order to aid in pinning your opponent for a fall. It was also sometimes used in conjunction with a figure four or an armbar. So, you might be asking yourself, "how relevant or effective is this in modern grappling?" So check out the details of the armbar from side control with a head scissor finish brought to us by Jamie Taylor of Middlesbrough Fight Academy.
