IT'S ALL IN THE HIPS.

We all know that warming up is an essential part of exercise and martial arts, but all to often fighters and athletes neglect this important aspect of training. Think of warming up as the foreplay to your grappling game or the tater skins to your burger - life's essentials!

As of right now you, might be able to get away with a limited or non-existant warmup, but, soon enough, those joints and ligaments are gonna get angry and demand you do so. So, since our hips, core and legs are such an essential part of grappling, why not concentrate on a Lower Body Warm-up that's dynamic and mimics the movements that you'll be doing in a few minutes (hopefully.?

Check out DieslSC and their Amped Warm up system that will undoubtedly get you all limbered up for your fancy guard.

*Note grappling master and fitness guro Steve Maxwell makes a cameo!
