Dan Inosanto is a martial arts legend that trained extensively with Bruce Lee in the 60's. He has been a life long student of martial arts and he continues to train with many highly regarded martial artists. Mr. Inosanto trains and teaches Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, Shoot Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Silat, Kali/Escrima, and Wing Chun. If that list isn't large enough it may surprise you that the 76 year old is a Machado Black Belt that can kick your ass standing or on the mat.

Inosanto's influence can bee seen everywhere both inside and outside martial arts including the bigscreen. He has directly trained countless movie stars including Denzel Washington, Forest Whitaker, and Chuck Norris. Not only has he trained them, but several of his best students are sought after for there fight choreography which has made its was to hundreds of movies including the Bourne Series, "Batman," "Hanna," "The Crow," "Green Hornet" and "Iron Man 2," among many, many others.

So, take a look at Inosanto rolling around as if he were a 20 year-old and take some inspiration away from this - and maybe work a little harder tonight when your on the mats.

  1. The man is unbelievable. He's old enough to be my grandfather and he's still as good as or better than many martial arts masters half his age.
