It's really difficult to criticize Roger Gracie. He's chokes the crap out of most people who mix it up with him (I'm talking BJJ, but he's doing pretty well/better in MMA too), and he does so in a courteous and good-natured, seemingly well-adjusted way. That's why you'll enjoy spending some time learning more about him. Exactly one hour ... and 22 seconds. Yes, that's a chunk of time, but, let's be honest, you have nothing going on.
We like Roger. We think he may well be the best submission grappler/BJJ athlete of this era. And, he's an interesting dude too, with a great attitude. Listening to his story, you're bound to be inspired to go train and get great at Jiu Jitsu.
Since you have a lot of Roger watching to do, I'll leave it at that. This is an interview Roger did a few days ago for London Real, a UK online talk show hosted by Brian Rose and Nic Gabriel. Well done, guys.
