As I've said many times before, there is no better supplement to your BJJ training than training in a sister grappling art that is throw/takedown heavy. It could be any art of your liking - anything from wrestling, Shuai jiao, Russian sambo, aikido, or judo which is exactly where we headed.
Matt Daquino from Beyond Grappling is a 2008 Judo Olympian and BJJ purple belt from Australia. Today he shows us an easy to apply and progressive set up to takedown your opponent. If you're up on your grappling competitions you've probably noticed more and more pro grapplers cross training heavy in standup arts - for example Andre Galvao in his preparation for ADCC, or Xande and Rodolfo Viera training in Judo everyday. So, maybe it's time you follow the trend as well ...

Great advice. Also, Matt is a beast.
