IN GERMAN, YOU CALL CACC, STOP STOP STOP.

Wrestling, especially the style of Catch has a long tradition in England and throughout Europe. To this day Germany, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, and Sweden, along with many others, have been powerhouses in international wrestling competitions. Quietly these countries have incorporated submission grappling influences into their repertoires from the likes of Judo, Sambo, Luta Livre and CACC. The popularity of Jiu Jitsu has also allowed for a rich mix of styles from both the gentle art and those other not so gentle styles.

Today, we take you to the land of Beer, Pretzels, and Schnitzel - Germany. For those of you out of the loop, Germany has a very long history of combative arts which includes various styles of wrestling. It has also been the home to the resurgence of CACC and CACC influenced arts such as Luta Livre.

So, we leave you in the caring hands of Catch aficionado Kristijan Simeunovic as he presents a mix-tape of painful CACC techniques. Watch enjoy and cringe a little.
