Staying healthy and fit is an important aspect of our art, and for many it's the main reason they decided to step on the mat. Despite that fact, for the majority of us, exercise isn't necessarily fun. Exercise tends to bring to mind, hours of running in place, stepping on scales and maybe even excessive time in the sauna. Today we bring you a fun and interesting workout that you can use to vary your core conditioning or you can use it to introduce those noobs to the mat.
