WE'RE REALLY SORRY YOUR LAT IS SORE, GRAPPLER. SO, HERE ARE SOME FOAM ROLLER EXERCISES.


Honestly, I don't want to hear about your sore lat or any other body parts of yours that may be ailing.  I just want to roll Jiu Jitsu with you and hopefully triangle choke you periodically during our 5 minutes together.  I'm being honest.

Fortunately for you, there are other more sensitive and caring souls out there.  Like Jits Magazine.  They care about your sore lat and your other messed up body parts enough to put out a few cool instructionals on the benefits of "foam rolling."  Good for them. They're nice.
