|To get the kimura, that is.|
The kimura is a very basic BJJ technique. Every grappler learns it as one of his/her first submissions. In the world of modern BJJ guards and hyper complex technique, some abandon the kimura, thinking it's too simple for their game and not get-able against high-level grapplers. Robert Drysdale illustrates that's simply not true. In fact, like any technique, small movements and adjustments are what make it better and stronger.
Behold, this kickass tutorial on the finer points of finishing an opponent with the kimura from side control. All of this, thanks to friends of the family BJJ Addicts.
