And, Xande's right (of course). You and I both know you're not taking anyone's back at your next tournament by drilling the Kiss of the Dragon off reverse DLR for a handful of days. Whatever skills you have a week before a tournament are not going to be expanded in the short prep period beforehand. At that point it's all about relaxation and mental preparation.
It's become a cliche, but the mantra/advice of "play your game" is completely accurate. So many times, due to nervousness, adrenaline, inexperience and fatigue (to name a few), a grappler loses his/her mind in competition and does things he/she would never do in the gym. And, that's the road to getting choked the f*ck out. No one wants to go down that road, because it's sad and paved with shame.
