BATTLES: BRAULIO ESTIMA BEATING UP ON VARIOUS OPPONENTS AT THE IBJJF COPENHAGEN OPEN.

Copenhagen.  It's in Denmark, where they make Legos.  It's probably not be considered a hotbed of BJJ badasserry (don't tell Alexander Trans we said that).   Still, grappling and BJJ are wholly international now and world class black belts are being developed all around the world.  And, they travel around the world to compete as well.  This past weekend, Braulio Estima took a short flight from Birmingham (England, not Alabama) to Copenhagen, Denmark for the apparent purpose of making all Danish black belts look like blue belts.  And, he did it well.  Enjoy the slaughter.

  1. Braulio is such a beat on the mats! I had the pleasure to be taught by him at a few seminars and his technique if flawless. OSS!

  2. When you know they're black belt length matches and you see the actual time stamp of the videos, you know those guys had some tough matches...

  4. 4 Gold medals (took double in Gi and No Gi) and all matches ended in subs, what Braulio did was unprecedented in IBJJF tournaments.

  5. He didn't make them look like blue belts at all; especially in the finals match. Sensationalist title, and, disrespectful to the black belts in this video. Not something Braulio would approve of. All of these matches look like two black belts competing; it's just that there are different levels of black belts, and, Braulio is amongst the elite.
